Our program, led by a German-licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, offers individual and group therapy

sessions for adults experiencing mental health challenges, such as depression, difficult life phases and life crises,

stress, grief, or burnout.

With the assistance of our experienced captain, we will sail through the stunning waters of Key West, Florida,

and the Caribbean Sea.

Sailing Therapy was founded with the belief that traditional therapy can be enhanced by incorporating the peace and beauty of being out on the open water.

Our program is led by a German-licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, who will fly in from Europe for each session. Our boat comes with an experienced captain to ensure a smooth and safe sailing experience.

Our starting point is Key West, Florida, with plans to expand to Panama’s Bocas del Toro in the future.

Each program lasts for 3-5 days, with a maximum of 4 clients.

This small number allows us to provide personalized and attentive therapy sessions, both individually and in a group setting.
